Spam buddies?

There are a few LJ people turning up in most of the spam I get forwarded from my LJ address... Are these my spam buddies?

The numbers are the internal LJ ID number.. enumeration of user and sort of a measure of when people joined LJ... mine is 3029... and equals to a creation date of 2000-05-15 10:28:11 ...
... anyway, this could be a way to find new interesting journals.. I'll look out for more people on LJ in the spam I receive...
