I've just been at the dentist... they drilled some and replaced an old filling... completely painless... but it was rather noisy, all internal noise I suppose... inside my head..

It has been about 5 years since I last was under the drill... so the 568 SEK ($74) was well spent...

The left half of my face is numb.
