Went to have lunch with Robert today, talked a lot and had pizza at the local pizzeria. Talked about the people living in our building... how little ladies are living alone in four room apartments and that the rents are too low, it won't cover the investments in new doors and windows.

Also, the laundry room war... or upcoming war. I plan to write a piece on about how to change the rules to fit modern times, this part of the world have not yet entered this century...
