I felt that I had to get this out... throughout the day, I took about 25 calls from people who had received warnings from our email server... sure, they were infected and such... but it wasn't our customers that called... our customers had been informed through email that these warning was just warnings and that they shouldn't be afraid... now, I have worked for a day and my time report will be fucked up, as we can't bill these people.
